The Hubert H. Humphrey fellowship programme, developed in partnership with counterparts in the United States of America, is a year-long non-degree graduate level professional leadership development courses focused at supporting emerging careers.
The Hubert H. Humphrey fellowship program which is non degree in nature provides mouthwatering opportunities for professional development through selected courses in accredited universities in the United States.
The selected young professionals are taken through networking, practical working experiences, and attending conferences.

The Hubert H. Humphrey fellowship program selects up to 200 fellows every year for a duration of 6-20 months intensive engagements in any accredited leading University in the United States of America.
The main sponsor for the Hubert H. Humphrey fellowship program is the United States of America Department of State and administered by a Binational Fulbright Commission whilst the US Embassy in participating countries act as the lead operations.
Eligible candidates for the Hubert H. Humphrey fellowship program must be an undergraduate or with a bachelor’s certificate with a minimum of five years full time professional experience.
Participating countries include sub Saharan Africa Europe and Eurasia, middle east and north Africa, East Asia and Pacific, South and Central Asia, Western hemisphere
