As the goalie for AFC Bournemouth, Neto is already speaking. The 33-year-old Brazilian goalkeeper has made his first statements to the club’s official channels following the signing of a contract with the English team through 2023.
Neto left Barcelona and is now playing for the Cherries on a free transfer, where he hopes to realize his dream of playing in the Premier League.
Although I had amazing experiences in Spain and Italy, playing in the Premier League has always been my desire. The decision to move to England was a major one for me, and I intend to give this team everything I have.
“I think my experience can be useful for the squad,” he continued. I think we can accomplish big things together since Bournemouth has fantastic players. I have gained a lot of knowledge from Barça and have had the good fortune to play with some of the finest players in the world, which is wonderful.
"My dream has always been to be here in the Premier League" ❤️
New signing Neto has played in Serie A and La Liga and now gets to achieve a lifelong ambition with the Cherries ????️
